Gaia is a simple open plan ground floor apartment at the front of house. This apartment is characterized by a glazed glass wall running all the perimeter of the large open space composed of a living-dining room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. There are no architectural obstacles, making it a safe area.

The night area is partitioned separately.
